1. Commitment

NET SEO MEDIA SRL complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and national implementing law. This page supplements the Privacy Policy for B2B clients and agencies.

2. Controller vs processor

For your user account data (email, billing, login), we are the controller. For campaign data imported from your end clients’ ad accounts, we usually act as processor — you remain controller towards those clients. On request, we can provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

3. Categories of data subjects

Platform users (your agency staff, freelancers); indirectly, aggregated campaign performance — not direct identification of individuals in ad audiences.

4. Technical and organisational measures

Role-based access, audit logs, encryption in transit, backups, and incident response procedures. Production data access is limited to authorised personnel.

5. International transfers

Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area (e.g. US servers or APIs), we rely on SCCs or other GDPR-recognised mechanisms. Details on request.

6. Exercising rights

Requests about your user data: contact@netseoads.com. If you are an end client of an agency using netSEO Ads, contact the agency (controller) for campaign data. We respond within 30 days and may verify identity.

7. Security breaches

If an incident risks your rights, we notify ANSPDCP within 72 hours where required and inform you without undue delay when impact is high.
